Technology transfer is a tool to aid the local production of safety syringes. The sustainability of injection safety programs is a vital foundation for the health care safety. Especially in resource limited countries, where the introduction of injection safety devices is often done via funding agencies like GAVI (Global Alliance of Vaccines and Immunization) or through the PEPFAR program. When the funding expires, the local governments will have to procure directly. The set up of loca
